More Dublin

Unfortunately on the second day Ireland lived up to its stereotype of being a very wet place indeed! I don't think the rain stopped for more than 15 minutes during the whole day, so although we made an attempt at sightseeing we also spent a lot of time hiding in buildings.

Beyond Dublin

We then spent most of the afternoon sheltering from the rain in various museums, before picking up our hire car and setting off up the motorway to visit my sister in Lisburn (north of the border).
